Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's handling practices apply to information it receives.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and contact details as needed to read it, respond, and maintain the exchange. We do not share message content outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
