Nature of This Resource

Shoshone County Recent Arrests is a private reference site with no authority to act for a sheriff, jail, court, police department, or corrections agency. We store no official arrest or custody records. We cannot confirm that someone is in custody, order a release, change a record, file a court document, or give an official response under the Idaho Public Records Act.

Pages point toward government sources such as the county sheriff, Idaho iCourt, VINELink, and Idaho Department of Correction. They may also connect visitors with outside research tools. The originating agency remains responsible for its own records.

Acceptable Use Requirements

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• violate any applicable law while using a page or linked resource;

Idaho Law Governs

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Idaho. References to the Idaho Public Records Act concern Idaho Code Title 74, Chapter 1, but do not turn this private site into a records custodian.

If One Clause Is Invalid

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
